Distilled in Washington at Westland Distillery, this American Single Malt Whiskey was brought in by Dry Diggings Distillery and bottled for the San Francisco Whiskey Society and Sierra Coast Whiskey Club.
The mash bill consists of Washington Select Pale Malt Grains and was aged for five (5) years in an ex-Bourbon cask and finished another five (5) years in a Sons of Vancouver Amaretto cask for a total age of ten (10) years.
It is non-chill filtered and no proofing water was added making this an incredibly rich pour at 114.5 Proof (57.25% ABV).
