Born in the shadow of the Eastern Sierras, this whiskey is distilled from Two-Row Malted Barley and aged eight long years in new charred American oak.
Its mash bill nods to the traditions of Scotch and Irish whiskey, but its soul is pure California — bold, honest, and shaped by the high-country climate. Expect a harmony of grain, char, malt, and deep caramelized sugars.
Bottled By hand.
