LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD

These barrels of Straight Bourbon Whiskey spent life aging in the California heat in charred American white oak barrels for eight contemplative years. It was dusted off from the corner of the warehouse in August 2020 when nineteen barrels were released and individually recorded to note the difference in yield, profile, and ABV.

Two special barrels were identified , and a third left waiting. Separated from the other 16 to be bottled in small offerings for the world to try and for you to add to your whiskey collection.

Yet, if you give it respect and slow down, you’ll find yourself wanting to go back again and again. Recommended with a few drops of water to open it up..
