The production starts by stripping the alcohol from water and other compounds found in the wine. The “low wines” are then distilled again to separate the good (hearts), bad (head and tails), and ugly (fores) cuts.
Distilled with care and proofed with Sierra water, our vodka is unadulterated and completely free of additives and sugars. By foregoing traditional charcoal filtering, its subtle character carries over from the wine base, offering a delicate and nuanced flavor that enhances cocktails without overpowering them.
