Diamond Springs Vodka

Diamond Springs Vodka takes its name from the gold rush town that supplied the fresh drinking water for miners away from all the dangerous chemicals. This vodka was designed to take advantage of the multiple stills Dry Diggings has on site to create a unique product in a crowded spirit space.

We craft Diamond Springs Vodka from local wines produced near our foothill distillery, giving it a subtle residual character. With notes of stone fruit, vanilla, and a slight pepperiness, it makes a great bottle to sip ice cold, shaken in a lemon drop, or simply over ice with bubbles & a twist! Our recommendation is to keep Diamond Springs Vodka in lighter cocktails where it can shine. No acids or sugars are added post-distillation to create our tastes, mouthfeel or finish.
